Terms of service

When booking into a course you are agreeing to the terms and conditions and you are aware that any information shared within Maxii's The Birth Teacher courses should never be seen or taken as medical advice. All content that is shared is for informational purposes only to help you ask more questions and have good conversations with your medical caregivers. Maxine Kirby will in no way be held responsible for any outcomes resulting in your pregnancy, birth or parenting journey.

A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your course booking.

The entire course fee is due 7 days prior to the course start date.

If you can no longer attend the booked course, you will be entitled to a refund (less the non-refundable deposit) up to the start date of the booked course, or you may change to a later course date.

A full refund will be given, in the unlikely event that classes are cancelled by The Birth Teacher.

The Birth Teacher takes your privacy seriously and any information provided through your booking are subject to The Birth Teacher's Privacy Policy, which is available below:
