Hour to Empower is a one‑hour guided conversation designed to help you feel informed, confident, and ready to advocate for what matters to you. This is not a class, it’s personalised support, shaped entirely around your pregnancy, your birth, and your needs.

• Support creating or refining your birth plan
• Help preparing questions for your care provider
• A safe space to talk through fears, concerns, or past experiences
