Join Maxii and a small, supportive group of parents-to-be in Emerald for a full day (9:00am - 5:00pm) of real, practical birth prep. The group course offers the perfect blend of expert guidance, community connection, and hands-on tools to help you feel calm, confident, and genuinely excited for birth, however it unfolds.

You’ll dive into mindset shifts, comfort techniques, birth planning, and partner support. All in a relaxed, welcoming space where questions are encouraged and everyone’s journey is respected.

It’s not just a class, it’s a chance to connect, learn, and feel truly prepared.

The Empowered Birth Method course aims to:


• Alleviate your fears and concerns around birth by providing detailed education on every aspect of mind, body, and birth.
• Empower you to feel calm, confident, and in control as you approach your birthing journey.
• Teach you practical comfort techniques for labour and birth.
• Guide you in making informed choices that work best for your body, baby, and unique circumstances.
• Offer invaluable support to birth partners, ensuring they know how to be actively involved and supportive during labour and birth.
• Most importantly, inspire excitement and positivity as you prepare for the big day!
